Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)

Hearthstone Village and Hearthstone Manor are part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community, (CCRC) that provides all levels of senior assistance, from independent retirement living to skilled nursing care. The Woodstock Christian Life Services CCRC includes Hearthstone Village, an independent and assisted living apartment community that includes cottages for independent seniors. Hearthstone Manor Rehabilitative and Nursing Care has licensed Sheltered Care/Assisted Living, rehabilitation, a dedicated Alzheimer's disease and dementia program, and Intermediate and Skilled Nursing Care with Medicare Certification.

Being able to move from one level of care to another within the same campus provides continuous care for our residents without the stress of changing surroundings. The familiar faces of our care givers are always nearby to help. Opportunities for fellowship, life enrichment programs, and intergenerational activities within faith based surroundings, are what make our senior community superior.
